RowanSOM's mission in providing the Advanced Practice Strategies (APS) program is to provide yet another mechanism to sustain continuous improvement in the quality of patient care. We are pleased to be able to support our clinicians with transformative education that promotes team-based case management and provides assistance in remaining current with best practices. Our shared goals are patient safety and risk reduction.

Your curriculum pathway is determined by medical specialty. Courses can be completed in any order, unless otherwise mandated by your department chairperson. Successful course completion awards you with CME credit hours. The CME credits per course are displayed on screen as you navigate the APS website.

Residents and Fellows are required to complete the courses in their curriculum pathway over the course of their training, with no less than three (3) courses per year.

Newly employed clinical faculty are required to complete the courses in their curriculum pathway within three years. All other employed clinical faculty who have not completed their coursework are required to do so.

Thank you for your participation in this initiative. For any questions pertaining to APS registration and training, please contact Lorraine Sacchetti in Rowan's Office of Risk Management and Insurance at 856-256-4128 or via e-mail at Sacchetti@rowan.edu.
